Contact

Kura is made by one person. If something's wrong or you have a question, email support [at] kura [dot] cards and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Because it's a solo project, a reply may take a little time — thanks for your patience.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model and iOS version, and — for a recognition issue — which card and printing wasn't matched.

Scanning tips

  • Good, even lighting helps most — avoid strong glare on the card or sleeve.
  • A plain, single-color surface behind the card lets Kura find the edges faster.
  • Hold steady for a moment; Auto mode waits for a sharp, stable frame before it locks on.
  • If a card is matched to the wrong printing, one tap opens the alternatives to correct it.

Sync & backups

Kura syncs across your own devices through your personal iCloud, and keeps rotating backup snapshots you can restore. If a device isn't syncing, check that iCloud is signed in and that iCloud Drive is enabled for Kura in iOS Settings. Your data also exports to CSV at any time, so you always have your own copy.

Common questions

Many questions — languages and printings, where prices come from, offline use, accounts, and data export — are answered in the FAQ on the home page.
